New Technology Revealed at Connections:
Wacker Neuson to unveil its future for LGR Dehumidifiers

The future will be revealed: unveiling the low grain refrigerant dehumidifierPower…Efficiency…Superior Moisture Removal.

That is what is in store for contractors with Wacker Neuson’s new commercial line of Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifiers. Attendees of this year’s Connections Convention at the Las Vegas Hilton Convention Center will experience the unveiling of the first model in our durable commercial dehumidifier line.

With a 150-pint capacity at saturation, this latest innovation offers restoration contractors the advantage of superior moisture removal at temperatures up to 104° F. When the humidity level drops, this new unit continues drawing moisture from the air, so drying time is kept to a minimum.

“As humidity levels within a structure drop, so does the performance of current dehumidifier technology on the market,” says Ken Cannella, product manager for Wacker Neuson Climate Technology equipment. “Wacker Neuson is dedicated offering equipment that allows a structure to be dried as quickly as possible, so our new model draws more moisture at lower humidity and temperature levels.”

The new LGR Dehumidifier features an energy efficient compressor with a blower designed to maximize moisture draw-down throughout the machine’s extensive temperature operating range. For added flexibility, Wacker Neuson offers several dehumidifier filtration solutions based on the job situation, including a washable-media air filter designed for easy removal and quick cleaning or a disposable pleated filter with a MERV 7 rating. Dual five-inch, multi-purpose rear air exhaust ports allow contractors to direct processed air away from the dehumidifier to wet areas within the structure.

This innovative commercial dehumidifier from Wacker Neuson includes a heavy-duty molded polyethylene cabinet for long life. Its integrated design enables the dehumidifier to be stacked vertically for storage or horizontally for transport. Large semi-pneumatic wheels, a compact design, low weight and cabinet-integrated upper and lower lift handles facilitate nearly effortless onsite maneuverability.

Visit the Wacker Neuson Connections booth # 817/819 to experience the future of Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier technology. Be sure to ask about our exclusive Connections Convention specials.

E 700M Delivers the Heat for Bickhardt Bau Bridge Restoration Projects

A two-part synthetic resin used to protect concrete on bridges from corrosion requires a minimum structure temperature of 41° F to properly work. When subfreezing winter temperatures stopped work on a bridge restoration project, Bickhardt Bau used the E 700M to quickly heat the structure above minimum temperatures, keeping the job on schedule.

Pureheat Delivers Significant Advantages in Underground Tank Application
Rather than running ductwork to use the old standby of indirect-fired heaters for heating a 1.78 million ft3 underground potable water tank, John Grahams chose the clean, dry heat offered by the Wacker Neuson Pureheat system. In doing so, Grahams realized a fuel savings of over $1,000 per 72 hours of use.
