Two new mobile Cub 700 models from Wacker Neuson Climate Technology make it easier for contractors to get heat when and where it’s needed…even in remote locations. The trailer-mounted Cub 700M and Cub 700GM feature a standard pintle hitch, so you can quickly hook the unit to a pickup and tow it to the jobsite.
Providing clean, dry heat to structures larger than 1,000,000 ft3, the Cub 700 Series delivers net heat output of 605,000 BTUs per hour and at 84.1% heater efficiency. With flexible fuel options, the mobile Cub 700M can operate on diesel, natural gas or propane. In extremely remote locations where additional power is required, the self-contained Cub 700GM features an on-board 12.5 kW generator. Both models boast a 145-gallon diesel fuel tank with a run time of up to 28 hours at full load or, when equipped with the optional remote thermostat that allows the burner to cycle, run times are extended to 50 hours.
Featuring indirect fired heat technology, the Cub 700 Series produce only clean, dry and healthy heat at the jobsite. Inside the structure, the unit does not introduce combustion carbons that may have detrimental effects to concrete or moisture, which can delay the construction schedule. The Cub 700’s 100 percent stainless steel combustion chamber and heat exchanger are CSA-certified.
Boasting the Wacker Neuson revolutionary Recircul-Air™ technology, the Cub 700 pressurizes the structure and allows recirculation of warm inside air. In addition to providing consistent temperatures throughout the structure, the exclusive Recircul-Air™ technology provides huge fuel savings, a key factor considering today’s high fuel costs. By maintaining a positive pressure within the building, the heater ensures no cold ambient air enters the site.
