1 Pureheat Outperforms 32 Heaters:1 Pureheat Outperforms 32 Heaters:
Pureheat saves BAS big money; changes the way contractors look at secondary heating

Building contractor BAS Maskinutleie is bucking a long heating tradition. Rather than using more than 30 indirect-fired and electric heaters when building a mansion in Tønsberg during winter, BAS used only 1 Pureheat hydronic air heater and 6 HX 60 Heat Xchangers from Wacker Neuson.  more

E 700M Delivers the Heat for Bickhardt Bau Bridge Restoration ProjectsE 700M Delivers the Heat for Bickhardt Bau Bridge Restoration Projects:
The hydronic heater efficiently raises bridge temperature for successful resin overlay

The Wacker Neuson E 700M is fast becoming many bridge contractors’ most versatile and efficient pieces of equipment for winter restoration and construction projects in Germany. When temperatures drop below freezing and winter projects come to a standstill, contractors are abandoning inefficient conventional heating practices that take days to minimally raise the structure’s temperature. Rather, they are now choosing significantly more efficient hydronic heating systems to quickly bring heat to where it’s needed in order to keep projects on schedule.  more

E 700M warms concrete slab at hydroelectric power plant site to keep construction moving

Placing concrete in cold weather poses many challenges for contractors. As the average daily temperature dips below 5° C (41° F), these colder temperatures have adverse affects on pouring and curing concrete.   more

E 700M quickly thaws ground with high efficiency to keep project on schedule

Wacker Neuson introduced its Climate Technology equipment to the European market less than one year ago. Yet, our hydronic heating equipment has already proven its value on numerous, high-profile construction sites.   more

Pureheat Offer Significant Advantages in Underground Tank ApplicationPureheat Offer Significant Advantages in Underground Tank Application:
Study finds Pureheat delivers improved air-quality, dry-heat and significant fuel cost savings

Contractors on multiple continents are employing the versatile Pureheat Hydronic Air and Surface Heater for underground water tank restoration applications. Using liquid-to-air exchangers, Pureheat is the most efficient and cost-effective method for bringing emissions-free, dry air to the workspace.   more

Portable E 700M Hydronic Heater Allows Bridge Building to Continue into WinterPortable E 700M Hydronic Heater Allows Bridge Building to Continue into Winter:
Hydronic heat successful in northern Germany where tent and air heaters prove ineffective

Winter weather makes temperature-sensitive work on construction sites extremely difficult, even impossible in some cases. Concrete curing and bridge surface priming are typical examples. The company Bickhardt Bau AG resolved the weather challenge with a portable hydronic heater from Wacker Neuson. The E 700M allowed Bickhardt Bau to continue work during the winter months on a bridge in the northern German town of Burgdorf.  more

New HP 252 and E 700M hydronic systems heat things up at annual event Wacker Neuson Heating Equipment Makes a Splash at Danube Swimmers’ Ball:
New HP 252 and E 700M hydronic systems heat things up at annual event

Organized by the water rescue and safety service, the 41st annual Danube Swim took place in the German town of Neuburg an der Donau in January 30, 2010. Over 1,600 cheerful participants braved water temperatures of 2° C (36° F) to take part in the wet and icy 4-km (2.5-mile) long carnival procession. The traditional Swimmers’ Ball held the same evening proved to be the perfect opportunity to warm up.   more

New hydronic heater featured in cold-weather concrete curing job at industrial-scale buildingsE 700M Cures Concrete in Subzero Temperatures to Keep Building Projects on Schedule:
New hydronic heater featured in cold-weather concrete curing job at industrial-scale buildings

Concrete is extremely sensitive to freezing temperatures, which makes cold-weather concrete curing during the winter months virtually impossible or extremely difficult at best. As the mercury drops, the length of time for initial strength gain of the concrete increases and the rate of strength gain reduces. Additionally, early freezing of the freshly mixed concrete can result in permanent damage.   more
