MOST User-Friendly Design

1. Flip 3 switches
2. Lay out the hose
3. Place vapor barrier & insulation

That’s it! No complicated manifolds. No valves to
open or close. No hoses to connect. Why do it the
hard way? Ground Heaters’ long hoses allow easy,
flexible setup for all applications.

It doesn’t get any easier than a
Ground Heater.

Ground Heaters Deliver the Most Heat
1 pump per hose loop (fastest flow rate)

+ Highest net BTU’s (super-efficient heater)

= Most BTU’s to job surface
(for fast thawing and consistent concrete curing)

Positive Displacement Pumps

Positive Displacement Pump:

provides maximum flow and assures consistent heat delivery for thawing and curing. One pump per hose loop means more BTU’s/Hr delivered to project than other hydronic heaters. Plenty of power to pump Heat Transfer Fluid 250 feet up from Ground Heater, allowing Ground Heater to remain below cure site (such as a bridge deck).

Performance Monitoring System

Performance Monitoring System:

strobe light indicates from a distance that all systems are operating properly. Can be connected to dialer, transmitter, or other remote alert device.

Digital Temperature Controller

Digital Temperature Controller:

with push button adjustment. Allows operator to easily adjust Heat Transfer Fluid output temperature for all applications.

Roll Up Doors

Roll Up Doors:

provide superior performance in windy conditions.  Lock for security.

Optional Generator

Optional Generator:

2800 rpm Onan liquid-cooled diesel, 5.5kw
